Overview
Welcome to Race Ready Motorsport (“RRM”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to set clear expectations and ensure a smooth experience for every customer.
If you have questions before ordering — especially regarding fitment, lead time, or deadlines — we strongly recommend reaching out first.
Orders & Payment
- Orders must be paid in full prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory limitations, supplier availability, or other reasonable circumstances.
- If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you with options.
Product Fitment & Customer Responsibility
Performance parts require correct selection and proper installation.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm product fitment for their vehicle, chassis, and intended use.
- If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing — we’re happy to help verify compatibility.
- Race Ready Motorsport is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, track incidents, or modifications outside manufacturer recommendations.
Important: Some performance parts may require trimming, fabrication, tuning, alignment, or additional supporting parts depending on your setup.
Lead Times / Dropship Items / Special Orders
Many of the products we sell are performance-focused and are frequently shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor.
Because of that:
- Some items ship quickly (same or next business day),
- Other items may have processing/build time or supplier lead time.
If you are on a deadline:
If you need a part by a specific date, email us before ordering. We can confirm if an item is in stock or if it has lead time.

Backorders / Delays
If an item becomes delayed or backordered after purchase, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options when available:
- Wait for fulfillment,
- Substitution (when possible),
- Or cancellation/refund (if the item has not shipped and is eligible).
Shipping
- Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery speed and handling are outside of our control.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but your package is missing, please contact the carrier first, then contact us so we can assist with next steps.
Incorrect Address
Please confirm your shipping address carefully before checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
- We can reship it at your cost, or
- Refund the order minus any shipping fees (if applicable).
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we’ll do our best to support you.
Return Window
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Items that show signs of use, installation, handling wear, missing parts, or damaged packaging may be denied.
No Installed Returns
For the safety and integrity of performance parts, we do not accept returns on items that have been installed (even briefly).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are typically final sale, unless otherwise stated:
- Special order items
- Built-to-order / made-to-order parts
- Dropship items that the supplier does not allow returns for
- Clearance or sale items marked final sale
- Electronics once opened or installed (varies by manufacturer)
- Brake pads/rotors once opened, handled, installed, or contaminated
- Any item missing original packaging or components
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using tracked and insured shipping.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us ASAP.
- If the order has not shipped and has not been submitted to our supplier, we can typically cancel it.
- Many of our products are dropshipped and may be difficult or impossible to cancel once submitted to a supplier.
- Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled — it must follow the return process (if eligible).
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of:
- The shipping box,
- The shipping label,
- And the product damage or issue.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, exchange, or supplier claim depending on the product.
Warranty & Manufacturer Support
Most products are covered by a manufacturer warranty when applicable.
Warranty approval and coverage is determined by the manufacturer and typically does not cover:
- Improper installation,
- Track damage,
- Normal wear and tear,
- Misuse/abuse,
- Or non-approved applications.
We’ll assist with warranty claims whenever possible, but final decisions are made by the manufacturer.
Track / Motorsport Use Disclaimer
Many products sold by Race Ready Motorsport are intended for high-performance or motorsports use.
Motorsports are inherently risky. By purchasing and using performance parts, the customer assumes full responsibility for:
- Installation quality,
- Vehicle safety,
- And use conditions (street, track, competition, etc.)
Race Ready Motorsport is not liable for injury, vehicle damage, or losses related to the use of motorsports parts.
Pricing, Taxes & Promotions
- Prices may change without notice.
- Discount codes and promotions cannot be applied retroactively unless explicitly stated.
- Taxes (when applicable) are calculated at checkout.
