Returns and Refunds Policy (Race Ready Motorsport)
Returns Overview
At Race Ready Motorsport, we want you to feel confident ordering performance parts from us. If you need to return an item, we’ll work with you as long as it meets the guidelines below.
Because many of our items are performance-focused and often shipped directly from manufacturers, return eligibility may vary by product or brand.

Return Window
✅ Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Brand new
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- In original packaging
- With all hardware, instructions, and included components
No Installed Returns
For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on installed items, even if installed briefly.
If there are signs of installation, handling wear, contamination, missing packaging, or missing parts, the return may be denied.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are typically final sale and cannot be returned (unless we explicitly authorize it in writing):
- Special order items
- Made-to-order / built-to-order products
- Dropship items that the supplier does not allow returns for
- Clearance items or any product marked Final Sale
- Electronic items once opened or installed (varies by brand)
- Brake pads, rotors, or friction components once opened, handled, installed, or contaminated
- Any item missing original packaging or components
Dropship Orders & Supplier Return Rules
Many products we sell ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Because of this:
- Returns may require supplier authorization
- Some suppliers charge restocking fees
- Some suppliers do not accept returns at all
We’ll always tell you what options are available when you contact us.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We strongly recommend using tracked shipping and keeping your receipt.
- Race Ready Motorsport is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Restocking Fees
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the manufacturer or distributor.
If a restocking fee applies, we will notify you before approving the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within a few business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus:
- original shipping costs (if applicable)
- restocking fees (if applicable)
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item and need a different variant or part number, we can often help with an exchange depending on product status and supplier rules.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us ASAP.
- If your order has not shipped and has not been sent to our supplier yet, we can typically cancel it.
- Once a dropship order is processed by a supplier, cancellation may not be possible.
- If it has shipped, it must follow the return process (if eligible).
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or you received the wrong product:
✅ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos of:
- the shipping box
- the shipping label
- the product issue/damage
We will work quickly to resolve it through replacement, exchange, or supplier claim.

Fitment Responsibility
Performance parts are not one-size-fits-all.
Customers are responsible for confirming:
- correct chassis/application
- trim level and year compatibility
- supporting modifications required
- installation requirements
